The food onboard is so good that guests often want to be able to make them at home - which is why we have Carnival Kitchen, where they can learn to do just that! On top of all the amazing stories and Instagram-worthy photos that they’ll come back home with, guests will also return from their cruise trip with upgraded barbecue skills, sushi-rolling abilities, and more! Because why leave all that deliciousness at sea?

Carnival’s professional chefs lead the classes to share some of their secrets with culinary enthusiasts. Classes are small and seats are limited — so your client will want to save their seat in advance — but the flavor possibilities are endless, with hands-on instruction in over a dozen culinary disciplines, all kicking off on Carnival Panorama®. This unique experience is perfect for those who enjoy a more hands-on approach to dining.

The legendary Shaquille O’Neal, Carnival’s very own CFO (Chief Fun Officer), requested the making of a new chicken restaurant onboard and, of course, the request was fulfilled! The basketball star brought his poultry know-how and good taste to the seas with Big Chicken, now on Mardi Gras® and Carnival Radiance®… and also coming a little later to their big-flavor teammates Carnival Celebration™ and Carnival Jubilee™!

Shaq is a multi-talented entertainer, and in the same light, his restaurant is no one-trick chick. Available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, main course meals like chicken sandwiches, crispy chicken strips or juicy fried chicken baskets are on the menu, along with yummy sides like potato salad and jalapeño slaw. Earlybirds are welcome to indulge in breakfast classics like chicken biscuits, a three-cheese omelet or the biscuit/egg combo featuring bacon or sausage. Snoozers are invited, too — breakfast is served until 3:00pm!
